Completed 8 blocks of 3-bedroom bungalows at De Ojez Homes, Ugor Road, Benin City.

2021

Completed 2 units of 4-bedroom semi-detached duplexes and 1 unit of a 4-bedroom fully detached duplex at Orchid Road, Lekki.
Completed 4 units of 4-bedroom fully detached duplexes at Mega Mound Estate, Ikota, Lekki.

2022

Completed 8 terrace duplexes for Premier Bricks Homes at Flourish Garden Estate, Abijo, Ajah.
Transitioned into a development/sites & services company.

Rebranded and renamed to BlueDutch Limited.
