We sell verified, titled residential and commercial properties including serviced plots, completed homes, and buildable lands.
Are your lands and properties free from government acquisition?
Yes. Every land we sell is documented, surveyed, and completely free from encumbrances and government acquisition.
Do you offer payment plans for land purchases?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans ranging from 3 to 18 months depending on the estate.
How long after payment will I get my allocation?
Physical allocation typically takes place between 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation.
Can I purchase from abroad (as a diaspora client)?
Absolutely. Our sales and legal teams are trained to work with Nigerians in the diaspora using secure online processes.
Can I visit the property before purchase?
Yes. We encourage site visits and offer scheduled inspection days for prospective buyers.
Will I get physical documentation for my land?
Yes. You will receive your Receipt, Invoice, Contract of Sale, Deed of Assignment, and Survey Plan (depending on payment structure).
Is it possible to build immediately after buying?
Yes, for most of our serviced plots. Some locations may require basic infrastructure completion before construction.
What if I want to resell my plot in the future?
You are free to resell your plot at any time, and we can even help you list it through our sales team.
How do I join the BlueDutch PRO Affiliate Program?
You can register online via our Affiliates page, fill the application form, attend onboarding, and start selling to earn commissions.
What is the timeline for estate development?
Infrastructural development begins after estate unveiling and has a timeline of 36 months, during which buyers are adviced to begin construction on their lands.
As a diasporian client, what happens if upon inspection, I prefare an estate over the one I purchased from?
We will simply switch you to the estate of your choice. T&C applies.
