Candace is a seasoned real estate developer and strategic entrepreneur with nearly two decades experience in Nigeria’s real estate sector. Through her leadership, BlueDutch has grown into a reputable brand, earning her industry accolades—including the GAH Real Estate CEO of the year 2024, Peace Achiever Award – Influencial Female CEO, 2025 and ELOY Award, Winner, Real Estate & Construction, 2025.
An alumni of Benson Idahosa University, where she earned a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Candace has further enhanced her expertise through local and international certifications in real estate marketing and development.
Her multidisciplinary background equips her with a unique ability to bridge technical insight with commercial strategy, positioning her as a dynamic leader in the industry.
Beyond Business, Candace, an avid football enthusiast is a member of the Nigerian Football Supporters Club and the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), isactively supporting grassroot football development and various community-based philatrophic initiatives through her membership of Rotary Nigeria.
With a proven record of excellence and a passion for people and progress, Candace continues to shape the future of real estate through innovation, integrity, and accountability.

- Built development with the construction of over two hundred housing units in Lagos and Edo State.
