What other payment do I make upon full payment for the building?

• Documentation (Deed of Assignment and Survey fee): ₦1,050,000

When can I make these payments?

Payments for Deed of Assignment and Survey can be made upon physical allocation of the building. Payment for water and light connection can be made at any convenient time prior to installation.

When will infrastructural development be completed within the estate?

Infrastructural development has a completion timeline of thirty six months from the estate unveiling (July 6, 2026).

Can I opt for a corner piece property?

You can be allocated a corner piece building at a 7% surcharge on Bungalows and 5% on Duplexes, Terraces and Maisonettes.

Can I sell my Building?

You can sell your property at any time (even during its subscription tenure). BlueDutch can assist in facilitating the sale, however, is not obligated to. Subject to T & C.

What happens if I cannot complete the payment for the Building?

You could opt for one of these options:

• Downsize your property type
• Opt for any land of choice owned by BlueDutch
• Trade the building off
• Apply for a refund

How can I get a refund?

You can get a refund by writing to us via our official email. A refund with 12% administrative fee deducted would be made not later than ninety working days from the date of application.

NOTES

1. Subscribers are urged to make monthly payments and are to notify the company in cases where payments cannot be made in three consecutive months.
2. Subscribing clients who default in their payment will have their payment tenure upgraded at the prevailing cost. While a default in payment by subscribers of twenty-four months plan will attract a monthly penalty of 5% on the outstanding balance. In extreme cases such as in cases of no-show, such client will either be refunded or have his property downsized to a more affordable property.
