We began the year with a free masterclass which delivered well rounded knowledge and certification from seasoned experts from diverse fields to realtors.

• Physical Allocations
We delivered physical allocations to 92% of eligible clients with the final batch of clients at Bloom Fountain Mini scheduled 31st January, 2026.
• We introduced “Young Investor Scheme” – offering premium yet flexible investment terms tailor made for emerging investors below the age of 18.

Through our collaboration with Stellar Academy on the Boy Code 4.0 Program, we empowered young people and reinforced our commitment to community development.
